Summary

The app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything it records stays on your devices.

Data stored on your device

The app stores your session history, focus scores, interruptions, breaks, streaks, and settings. This data is kept in private app storage on your device, shared only with the app's own widgets and Live Activity. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.

Apple Watch

If you use the watch app, session data syncs directly between your iPhone and your Apple Watch using Apple's Watch Connectivity framework. It does not pass through any external server.

Notifications

Notifications are optional and are scheduled locally on your device to tell you when a session ends. The app works without them.

Analytics, tracking, and third parties

The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party code. It makes no network connections and requires no account.

Backups

If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, the app's data may be included in that backup. Backups are controlled by your device settings and Apple, not by the app.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app from your iPhone permanently deletes all of its data. Removing the watch app deletes the data stored on your Apple Watch.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear in the app and on our website with a new effective date.
